Faculty and staff may request to have Interlibrary Loan (ILL) materials delivered directly to their Daytona Beach campus office instead of picking them up at the library.

When materials are received from another library to fulfill an ILL request, an email is sent to the requesting patron advising them that their item is available at the library. Faculty and staff can reply to the email that they would like to have their items delivered.

The reply should include a contact phone number, building name and office number (i.e., COAS 202), and an alternate delivery location if applicable (with admin, student assistant, etc.).

Materials are typically delivered on the same day or the following day, depending on staff availability and weather conditions. If the patron or their proxy is not available to accept delivery, the items will be returned to the library for the patron to pick up.
