The Worldwide Circulation/Document Delivery service of the Hunt Library provides book and article delivery service to all Worldwide patrons. We are committed to providing timely and courteous service to all library users.
The Hunt Library supplies resources listed in Voyager, the online catalog, to all students, faculty, and staff. Please note that the information below does not apply to any videos and DVDs that may be found in Voyager.
Worldwide students, faculty, and staff may borrow most materials listed in Voyager, the Hunt Library's online catalog. If you are unfamiliar with how to locate materials using Voyager or are uncertain about which materials you need and require more in-depth assistance with your research, please contact us.
Each time you borrow materials from the library, you will need to provide us with the following information:
You may have a maximum of five (5) items checked out at any one time. Books can be ordered by following our Voyager Help or by using our Book Request Form. We will provide you with access to our book collection by either shipping books to your home address or providing the Table of Contents to you electronically.
Hunt Library covers the cost of shipping books to Worldwide students, faculty and staff. The library uses the following shipping methods:
We make every effort to process your request within two business days of receipt, depending upon availability of resources. If an item you request is not available, we will contact you immediately and ask for further instructions. Please let us know if you want to cancel a request so we can avoid unnecessary shipping. Materials may be renewed up to a maximum of three 2 week periods after the original check out period if there are no holds or recalls placed on the items.

In order for us to provide you with the most efficient service, renewal requests must be made by email, not by phone call.
For shipments within the United States, a United Parcel Service (UPS) return shipping label will be provided. At this time, the library is unable to provide return labels for international shipments and military APO/FPO shipments sent using the postal service.
For UPS shipments within the United States, a return label will be included in the box with the library materials. Please be sure to keep this label in a safe location for the return of the borrowed items. Also, please use the same box to return your item(s) and only package the item(s) sent to you in that box.
Boxes with UPS return labels may be placed in UPS drop boxes, given to UPS drivers, or left at Office Depot or Staples.
For items being returned from international locations, including overseas military locations, use the most convenient shipping method for you, keeping in mind that you are responsible for any items lost during return shipment.
IMPORTANT: All packages must be insured and traceable. If materials are lost in the mail, you are responsible for the replacement cost of the books.

The Hunt Library does not purchase textbooks. Occasionally, textbooks become part of the Hunt Library collection if they are an authoritative source of information. The Hunt Library does not recommend that you borrow these items as a replacement for purchasing a textbook. Due to a limited check-out period and frequent recalls, you will not be able to keep the item for the full semester. Keeping a book past the due date will result in fines and fees that could surpass the original cost of the textbook.
